Murray’s BBQ & Bar is an extension to The Exchange Hotel built after purchasing the heritage listed building next door, joining the properties and turning it into a rustic style American BBQ themed bistro.
Known as one of the northern suburbs’ premier eateries, Murray’s BBQ & Bar is famous for slow-cooking whole joints of meat. Dry rubbed or marinated, it’s smoked on-site in our custom-fabricated smoker. This process gives a unique flavour and tenderness that only low & slow American-style BBQ cooking can deliver.
